Compare tractor quotations with a written worksheet
PAKISTAN AND EXPORT MARKETS · INDEPENDENT BUYER GUIDE
Two quotations can describe different packages even when they use the same tractor model name. A comparison worksheet makes those differences visible before a buyer ranks the totals.

Give every offer the same starting brief
Record the required model or intended work, drive type, quantity, implements and destination. Send the same dated brief to each supplier. If a supplier proposes an alternative, keep it in a separate column with its explanation.
Record quotation date, currency, validity and supplier identity. A copied price without its scope or validity period is not a complete offer.
Compare the supplied package line by line
Separate the tractor, accessories, implements, spares, preparation and transport. Mark each line included, excluded or awaiting confirmation. Ask about the exact production version and current specification where model names differ between markets.
Use the same delivery endpoint for the comparison. Record any onward movement or destination charges outside the supplier scope as separate estimates, with their source and date.
Keep commercial and technical questions together
| Question | Record beside each offer |
|---|---|
| What is supplied? | Exact configuration and quantities |
| Where does delivery end? | Named endpoint and included services |
| What support applies? | Written terms and responsible supplier |
| What remains uncertain? | Question, owner and reply date |
Do not turn an unanswered line into a zero-cost assumption. Once the preferred proposal is clarified, retain the worksheet with the agreed order documents. It provides a useful reference if packing, specification or destination details later change.
